Building Cyprus - British Trained Tradesman, Guaranteed work, fixed prices.

1. All members of Building Cyprus are UK trained and qualified independent tradesmen.

2. Prior to undertaking any work, the tradesman will inspect the site(s), write a description of the task to be completed and offer a written estimate for that task.

3. Estimates are valid for a period of two weeks. If the task is not started within two weeks a new estimate may be required. An approximate completion date will be included on the estimate where a task may require an extended period of time.

4. The description of the task to be undertaken may not be modified without invalidating the original estimate and a new estimate being required.

5. The estimate is an agreement between the client and the individual tradesman/men. Building Cyprus is not involved in such agreements other than laying down these basic terms of service.

6. Requesting an estimate does not oblige you to accept it - but once the estimate has been signed by both parties, it is binding.
